Literacy.ie is a new website developed by the National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA). It is designed to bring together all NALA's existing sites and provide the most comprehensive information on the current literacy issue in Ireland.

This site also groups information according to the end user. It has split key information into four categories:

  • those who want help with their own literacy;
  • those who want to help people with literacy difficulties;
  • employers who wish to improve their service and upskill their staff; and
  • those with a general interest in literacy

These areas have the most relevant information for each type of user under each heading.

Please take time to browse this site. Should you have any queries or require more information please contact NALA at literacy@nala.ie or on 00353 (0) 1 855 4332.
