In programme 4, the students start working on assessment of their learning as they complete tasks with the support of Bobby and Kathleen. They learn to bake with Clodagh Mckenna and sell their wares in Fairyhouse market. Dealing with measurements and money is a large part of this task, something not everyone is comfortable with.
We hear more from Stephen and Ifrah about their lives before this course and Thomas gives us an insight into the world of horse buying and road racing. And James uses the recession as an excuse to get back to doing what he loves.
